Sewing Quilts with the word "Beloved" on them for the homeless. Come to a "Sew-in". Next one Saturday, April 19
12-6pm. Come for at least 3 hrs. Location: Greater Boston Wineyard Church, 170 Rindge Ave Cambridge, MA

Saturday, April 12th, 8pm-late
Calling all talent! Announcing the first and formidable Kafe Kavod open mic night. Inviting all singers, players, poets, comedians, etc to come and share your best - contact sarahgershuny@gmail.com NOW to reserve your slot!
The evening will also feature a Silent Auction to raise money for new Siddurim (prayer books).
For this, we need your help! * Do you have a talent/skill to offer that you would be interested in sharing -- can you give a music lesson, a cooking lesson, a massage, or something else? Think broadly here: the goal of the silent auction is not only to raise money, but also to highlight the talents of the awesome people in our community! * Do you have connections to Boston-area business owners who might be willing to donate gift certificates for the auction? * Do you want to help plan this silent auction?
If you answered yes (or maybe!) to any of these questions, please email Nina Robinson.

The TreasurePostcards'08 Project
presents artworks created
by female artists from around the world. The project aims to emphasize the importance of arts in empowering and bringing women together, and creating awareness on vital issues related to girls and women.
