Last
year Souk
el Tayeb participated for the first time to HORECA, the hotel restaurant and
catering business fair, by a selection of the farmers and producers of the
market, and so creating a new traditional fine food section in Horeca. At the same time, both Horeca and Souk el Tayeb created the “ateliers gourmands” the new culinary trend setter, with a “healthy” theme for 2006. |
