I can provide legal advice regarding the evolving responsibilities of directors and senior management.  I can give advice to your board of directors regarding corporate governance.  I can also establish or modify corporate governance documents so as to comply with current laws and best practices.

I know what it takes to set up a business here in California.  I can advise you on the proper corporate structure for your business.  I can quickly form business entities such as corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and joint ventures.  And I will prepare shareholder agreements and corporate documents to better ensure that courts do not "pierce the corporate veil" thereby exposing your personal assets to creditors.  I will work closely with other professionals on such issues as tax and accounting.
