has 31 years of experience in teaching, industry and research work.
Worked as Social Scientist in Research at Indian Space Research
Organization (1975-1981); Communication Researcher in the Ministry of
Information and Broadcasting, Govt. of India (1981-1983); as a faculty
in North Eastern Hill University (1983-1986); and as a Consultant to
various developmental projects of the World Bank, UNICEF, UNFPA. Also
acted as the Communication Advisor to World Bank assisted ICDS Project
in Orissa; and Consulting Expert to the Department of Welfare, Govt. of
Bihar. He was also the Project Director for the EU-supported Capacity
Building of SME Project implemented by NCT-CMS. Presently the World Bank
Project implemented by CMS is being conducted under his guidance. He
joined CMS in June 2004.
Dr. Siba Prasad

years of experience in Industry and Research including teaching,
administration and social sector development. Beginning a career with
IMFA Groups of companies in January 1977, he switched over to Government
Sector in 1981 and continued till 2006 as Additional
Secretary-cum-Manager (Administration) of SERIFED, Orissa.
